Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Every product is designed in house by us and made to order by a local print provider. Most of our products will ship out within the same week with an average timespan of 1-3 weeks after the order has been placed. Ready to ship items will be mailed within 1-2 business days and can take anywhere from 2-5 days to be delivered (domestic orders only). Processing time can be extending during holiday seasons as we tend to get an influx of orders. Once the item is scanned and shipped, the customer will receive an additional email confirmation with their package tracking number. Once in the hands of the shipping company, we have no responsibility for the handling of your package. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us here.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. An average order can take anywhere from 10-30 days but we are normally able to get it there faster (on average 5-15 depending on what country). Once the item arrives within your country, it is no longer our responsibility and we have no authority over it, it is up to your local provider to provide additional information like tracking. Custom fees and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not covered in the proce of the international shipping, as all country rates differ. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on international orders unless items arrive damaged.
Can I update my address after placing an order?
Yes, please try to contact us within 24-48 hours after placing the order so we can change the address before it has been shipped. Reach out to us here.
My order was lost during the shipping process or returned to sender. What can I do?
Please contact us here and we will try to reach out to our shipping providers. If eligible, the customer may be issued a replacement or refund.
Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns on products within 7 days of the date of delivery. If the item is damaged or the wrong item we will gladly offer you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us here.
We do not accept returns and exchanges on some international orders, unless the item is defective, damaged, or lost. Please contact us here.
